Thank you for your teachings. It feels great to listen to you and then when it is back to the grind of daily life it is not easy to practice what you teach. The wake, dream and deep sleep states which are interconnected cannot be compartmentalized easily from the fourth blissful state we all hope to attain. Everyone is a work in progress. The expectations and disappointments in life do consume us and listening to you is great, non-toxic, and free therapy.

They always said, "Close your eyes." How can one work with close eyes? I wanted to experience It 24/7, not just when one closes one's eyes.

Yes. The message flows from god/unity consciousness/super consciousness through him. He is fully awakened, enlightened. Enlightened people don’t bother revealing it because there’s no egoistic aim. The ego is experienced to be an illusion by them 🙏🏽
It is say that the Ddivinity manifest in different ways, I think he speaks from first person realization experience and with so much clarity! of course he can not purify my mind or replace training on meditation,but I think he is the real deal as good as it can get.

In meditation…I give less & less importance to experiences of mind, body and the world (thoughts,feelings and perceptions) and then I find myself as pure & peaceful awareness(Atma). This is proof that Atma is unaffected but it is my mistake in waking world that I give more importance to experiences and in this process I forget my Self and get affected. The key is to ignore the non-self.
I am very much attracted towards spirituality after listening Swamiji's way of explanation about God.
If any body fully understands this talk & he listens this talk again & again then listner will get attracted to Nasdiya Suktam.

I would like to suggest a simple technique for serious spiritual seekers.
Ask the following question to yourself and try to find the answer.
1. At what age you want to die?
2. How you want to die? (Accident, disease, suicide, .......)
3. Where you want to die? ( In the house, in a holy place, in solitude or with all wishers)
4. Are you ready to embrace death right in this moment?
Answers for these questions are not expected.
When one try to find the answers for these questions, mind gets awakened on many aspects of life and suddenly some clarity will come to the mind.
So beautiful. I'm speechless 🙏
