You can play whatever scale you want as long as it's in the key of B. 7th fret
@@italiad1013 i would say you learn the c major scale, at first maybe a bit crazy because it does not make sense but learn the whole scale, over the full fretboard, because this scale works over any key you just move tho whole thing to the note that is key. Because if you just have the b minor scale, when the chords change to g for example, it still sounds good but not matching perfect with the c major scale it does, just move it to b and there you have it☺️
