I am glad they finally made a video on this fight of Richard and Denis. It was the most underrated and least talked about fights whereas it should have been the other way around, top and one of the most epic.

Видно что тестостерон колит себе, на стероидах сидит, на гормонах роста, нос и уши растут всю жизнь, и кто принимает гормоны роста у них нос огромный в основном, а если прям передоз то уже уши. There are all sorts of personalities in sports, especially arm wrestling. Each has their place and advantages and I can respect all of them, with the one exception of those who whine about a loss or disrespect people off the table. Both Denis and Richard are incredibly intense on the table, but couldn't be more respectful and polite, from what I can tell. I wish I could have met either of them in person, but I'll make due with all the interviews I can watch on RUclips. With someone like Denis, even when he says things like Chaffee being weak at the time, you don't take it as an insult, he's just being factual as he sees it and would refer to himself in the same way if that's what he thought. In any case, thank you for posting this. It was enjoyable to watch!
Back when Brzenk beat him he had to have been not only one the strongest men on earth but definitely the strongest armwrestler at that time. Gives you an appreciation for how good John really was/is.

2011 Denis - Richard 4:2. very hard match for Denis. Couple months later Devon destroy Lupkes 6:0 and Lupkes said this: "Your power is incredible! I never felt anything like that before.. LAAL!" This is more imperssive cuz Richard Lupkes face Denis couple months ago... I think Prime Devon Larrat will hold prime Denis Cyplenkov anytime!

Dennis is a competitor who exemplifies what it's like to be at the top of your game competitively but also to be the most kind and polite and respectful sportsman.... No matter where you are from on this Earth his achievements clearly are recognized and respected by people from all walks of life as well as fans & competitors alike..... Even though I can't read or speak Russian I'm always interested in Dennis's opinion on things I wish him all the best and of course hope and pray to see his return to what I know he loves to do of course in top form and back at the top of his game

Dennis was humble about Richards power. I like the stare that Richard use to give opponents when he quickly beat them. I guess it was his way of telling them who was the boss.

The funny thing is that Brzenk said before this match, between Lupkes and Denis, "Never try to hook someone with the triceps of Richard Lupkes. I always try to attack his hand." It's even in that video "Brzenk - Armwrestling tips." So Brzenk was well aware of the trap that Denis fell into and even warned against it years earlier online in his Q & A column "Ask John."
It's rare for someone as strong as Denis to talk without any ego when speaking of someone. He flat out said an older Lupkes had a stronger hook than him when he was #1 in the world.

I'm same age as Richard and still train the way he does, basics, heavy pressing, dips with weight, full hang pull ups.. it goes to show, you don't have to be weak after 60. A little extra test helps too. That was good clip! Thanks. Lupke is amazing still.

The funny thing is that Brzenk said before this match, between Lupkes and Denis, "Never try to hook someone with the triceps of Richard Lupkes. I always try to attack his hand." It's even in that video "Brzenk - Armwrestling tips." So Brzenk was well aware of the trap that Denis fell into and even warned against it years earlier online in his Q & A column "Ask John."
The Arnold's Classic match was a legendary fight. Both men came to the table to test pure power. Even in 2020 that battle is a thing of beauty

I'm same age as Richard and still train the way he does, basics, heavy pressing, dips with weight, full hang pull ups.. it goes to show, you don't have to be weak after 60. A little extra test helps too. That was good clip! Thanks. Lupke is amazing still.
