You need to download the songs to your phone first. Then go to your caller app- 3 dots- Settings- Call Alerts & Ringtone- Ringtone, then look for the + sign, press it and a list of your downloaded songs should show up. Add songs to your ringtone list then customise by going to your Contacts app and adding specific ringtone for each person.
And what App is available to record calls SELECTIVELY, i.e., to be able to set recording from my end when I want, and to set recording selectively for only some incoming calls?
Open the email app, on it youwill se a papir clip icon click on it then you can select the picture(s) and click done. They will now be on the email app
How do you access past calls of a month or two. The "Recent" tab only brings up several days worth of calls. I've had phones which held two or three hundred past calls, going back months. A n they were old 3G simple phones with far less memory and functionality. What's Up?

My prepaid phone (not a smartphone) makes a sound to notify me that someone has sent me a text. With the Samsung Galaxy A12, from what you have said, it seems like notifications of texted messages have to be constantly checked to see if there are any. Doesn't this smartphone make a sound to notify that someone has just sent a text the same as a prepaid phone does?

There is a option in the 'Developer options' that says "Picture colour mode sRGB". Whenever I turn it on and go back to home screen and check again it automatically turns off. Why is that??,
This phone is a pos aux port stripped out less than 6 months screen sensitivity keeps messing up ,went got another ph ,same 1, 7 days after purchase same thing with screen ,speaker sux on both phones ,
i noticed that you said tap on the green button to answer the phone. i could not do that, i had to swipe it to answer. i did not know that and had to all the way back to the phone store to have them show me. my son and others told me to swipe, i did but not the green button and that did not answer it.
There's a floating side button for screenshots you can add. Go to Settings-Accessibility-Assistant Menu-Select Assistant Menu Items-Screenshots. Makes it so much easier than trying to press 2 buttons simultaneously. 😉

That Galaxy A 12 is nothing like my Galaxy A 12. This is hopeless. I was told to log in. And this demo does not show that. This is pointless. The instructions do not follow what is on the screen. I just need a f'ing phone. If this instruction is for a newbie. How did all those apps get on it. My phone does not have those. This phone is bullshit. When I swipe left on a notification the notification does not remove. It just moves a half inch to the left and returns. I give up.

Why would someone but this for same price than anywhere else The minutes and texts roll over.. i'm always surprised that reviews of this phone never menton. HSN. Go to your email app, on each email- press & hold until a blue tick appears on it, look for the Bin/ Garbage Can icon to delete all the ticked emails.
