Getting Angel V4 with In Blox Fruits

Reach the Third Sea by attaining at least level 1500.
Upgrade your Angel Race to V3.
Obtain the Mirror Fractal:
Defeat the Dough King to acquire the Mirror Fractal.
Access the Temple of Time:
During a full moon, locate the Mirage Island.
Climb to the highest point on the island.
Activate your race ability and gaze at the moon until a blue gear appears.
Collect the gear and proceed to the Great Tree's peak to find an NPC who will transport you to the Temple of Time.
Complete the Trial of the King:
Gather at least two other players, each with different V3 races.
During a full moon, enter the Temple of Time and simultaneously activate your race abilities to access individual trials.
For the Angel Race, the trial involves ascending a series of clouds within a time limit.
The first to complete their trial will engage in a PvP battle with the other participants.
The victor can then awaken their race to V4 by placing the blue gear into the Ancient Clock.
