Shepard betray's 141 in order to maintain the war with Russia, Shadow Company is losing the airplane boneyard (in MW2) to Makarov's Shadow Forces (from MW3), who are covering for Makarov's elite mercenaries (Makarov's men from MW2). As 'Black Water' agent, work with Shadow Company to reclaim the boneyard, while fighting off Task Force 141 snipers and remaining troops. 3 teams, one battlefield. 2 teams with equal odds (Shadow Company and Russian Shadow Forces), one team with lesser odds, but elite troops (TF 141).
Similar to CoD 4 MW's storyline of back and forth, SAS and Marines, then eventually a joint combination. Except your version will be: 'Black Water' - Shadow Company - 'Black Water' helps Shadow Company - Gen. Shepard dies - 'Black Water' + Shadow Company Joint Operations.
