That really does sound like it's very time consuming, If I were you I'd get some big/long tray and have every pot on it and maybe have a layer of pebbles or rocks on the bottom, I agree it might not be the most aesthetic option, but you also get the benefit of the higher moisture level around the trees.

So is a bit of time consuming , but i take the trees to thr tub and fully water them and let them there until no more dripping from pots .

That actually doesn't sound too bad. I have been looking for alternative options when it comes to watering because it really is time consuming
