Running the OutRun 2024: Fitness, Family, and Overcoming Setbacks

  • Hey everyone!
    Today, I’m taking you through my experience running the OutRun 2024 at Kelvingrove Park with my two brothers, Davy and Gerry. Despite a rough night’s sleep and not feeling 100%, I powered through the 5-mile race, and I’m excited to share it all with you!
    🏃‍♂️ The Race: I wasn’t expecting to break any records this year, and my time reflected that-just under 45 minutes, slower than my previous runs in 42 and 41 minutes in past years. But hey, sometimes it’s not about the time-it’s about finishing strong and injury-free, which I managed to do.
