Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a 2002 action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It is the fourth main entry in the Grand Theft Auto series, following 2001's Grand Theft Auto III. Concept: Tommy Received a phone call from The Bikers, saying that Big Mitch was Arrested by the VCPD, telling if he doesn't rescue him then the biker will be disbanded and some Gang might take over their turf,they even tell Tommy Where The Reinforcement Vehicle that Took Big Mitch but they too afraid that The VCPD are powerful than them so they ask Tommy for the favor, Tommy Agree to save Big Mitch so Tommy decided to recruit some of his Members(2 or 3).
So he and his plan to wait for The Reinforcement Vehicle drive past the Malibu Club so they will launch the rocket at the vehicle then ambush the VCPD with guns and grenades, after killing them VCPD all,the Vercetti group decide to split up in order to avoid the VCPD's Wanted Level,then Tommy Took Big Mitch and the rest distracting the VCPD, bring Big Mitch back to Tommy's House to avoid Police's attention then the mission completed.
