Very cool and creative video. The brand new Kodak H35n $65 is my new go to pocketable camera, however the new Pentax 17 $499 is gonna be the next Christmas present to myself.
This shows one of the reasons I like shooting with my old Kodaks. The discovery of how to make things work and seeing it in almost real time... Very fun.
My parents had the Instamatic 104, I remember as a little kid that the AAA batteries for the flash had corroded, so the flash did not work any more! But it was a great camera for outside for years after that!
I have a Kodak s-10 instamatic. Actually a very well made metal body camera and the lens 'pops out' for shooting. It is currently just a display piece for now. Advance does not work.

Thanks for the motivation to get out and shoot Instamatic!

The best news would be that somebody found the tooling for 126 cartridges
