Overcoming the grief of loosing a wife, his mental health challenge, raising kids which were not hers...why would one dessert such a person with golden heart in the time she needed support the most? On top of that, Dan being a born again christian had no reason to delay marriage with given that their relationship was in public. For us ladies, we need to have strong boundaries when it comes to dating, refuse to go public if the fate of the relationship is not clear... Hey people, kindly don't judge him, he already had kids and had already lost his 1st wife, he has a responsibility to answer to his kids and to his 1st wife of taking good care of their kids besides, she was not yet his official wife after his 1st, though its heartbreaking and hurting for both of them, but hii maisha just focus on what matters most, yes, she needed him most but he also had kids to be there for, people, just wait until you have kids and have gone through the pain of loosing someone so close as a wife then you tell me if you would have made an alternative choice, alafu pia, he didn't leave immediately after she was diagnosed, he at least took part of the journey with her, some abandon on diagnosis day. Lets just be kind and better humans to fellow humans, decision making is tough and no body can guarantee if they were faced with the same decision and circumstances, if they would not make the same choice or not.
