The character models aren't very consistent, because i've started this in 2021, be indulgent please!

Thank you for your support despite the years. I will continue as long as I have the motivation, I want to finish at least the arc with Ayki and his family. There are still 3 storyboards left for sure.
The next one should be quicker to make, I've already started and it will be shorter!

The cream cat aspen fights is probably Enki's mother. She has cream fur, green eyes and ice powers like Enki. We can her see at the beginning of the holy animatic and she looks identical, with the exception of nose color and the ear tear, which are probably results of art style changes and time she spend with the humans .

In his defense, it was when he was simply a kit, and it’s been YEARS and YEARS of life and death to prove himself to the humans.
Yes, he went to far during his fight with Enki but it’ll take longer than a few minutes of reunion to heal the emotional scars of Ayki’s perspective.
I'm so glad that Enki's mom is alive after all! I remember about the kittens that lived with Lust, I watched the three kittens and am glad the kitten is still alive and has gotten...so big
Oh my, this comment made me realize that Aspen is likely one of the kittens that were under Lusts care. In the end, everything comes back to her, doesn't it.
I've often seen a great parallel in these videos.
If you open the video "The worst place in the world" at the 1:26 mark, it's Keimi's kittens that Lust was taking care of. One of them became the so called "monsters" and the other one died. If you open the video "Your Fault - Lust" at the moment 0:12 - all three kittens are shown there, and one of them is Aspen (it is indicated by the coloring, even the paws).
Even Enki's mother I was shocked to see turned out to be alive. If we watch the video "Holy" - STORYBOARD at moment 0:12 - the mother is shown with 3 white stripes on her tail, green eyes.
From 4:34 to 4:48 - we see the same cat.... I wish I knew math like that ahahaha@@hpforever3563

While Lust was too busy taking her stupid revenge against Enki and Ayla, was she even thinking about her deceased love's kittens? That her actions caused the deaths of two of them and turned the other against her home (since all of them are connected with Ayki, because she coldly left the poor kitten behind)? Does she care AT ALL?! Mark my words: If she doesn't, she WILL!
I remember when the first storyboard was released and immediately fell in love with these characters. I'm so excited to see more of the story! It's so heartbreaking and tragic 😭 I hope Ayki finds out the truth and turns against the humans 🙏

I know this is extremely sudden and you don’t even know who I am, but as a child I absolutely loved you. I used to go on my grandma’s iPad and watch your videos. A specific one to be exact. Something along the lines of “Youth”. I literally watched that same video at least thirteen times, and I know this comment won’t get noticed. Although, I truly appreciate you making such amazing and memorable memories for me. This might be stupid, but I just truly, truly thank you.

oh hey I just realized that Aspen is one of the kits of that one gal (I forgot her name) that Lust had a thing with... hopefully he doesn't find out about Ayki killing his siblings.
Or maybe he knows. He could very well be a double agent. Think about it, by helping Ayki, he gets revenge on the cats who couldn’t save his mother. This ingratiates him to Ayki, making Aspen seem trustworthy. But that also leaves Ayki vulnerable in his trust, giving Aspen to opportunity to eventually double cross or even kill him as well. His mother and siblings both avenged in a master stroke of manipulation and sabotage. Heck! It would be really painful if Aspen found out the truth about what happened to Ayki and DELIBERATELY withheld it from him until the last moment. Just when Ayki think he has won against the guild and his parents Aspen can destroy his entire worldview with the truth. Ayki would be left with the guilt of knowing he hurt the cats who wanted nothing more to love and cherish him, with no way to seek redemption. That would be cool!
Oooh yeah!!! I had the thought of Aspen potentially knowing about it and being a double agent against Ayki, but I never considered that he might hold it against the Guild as well. That WOULD be super neat if he double-crossed both sides and came out on top, and especially heart-rending if he finds out the truth abt Ayki’s past and uses it against him :’0
Congratulations for all your hard work, Koerenn. I can't wait to learn more about these characters.
Oh my god, the intense music stopping completely when Ayki speaks to Aspen, telling him not the kill the cat is so bloody cool!! Every single update on this story is a gift 💙
I jut love how I haven't seen anything from this storyline for years and only thing I needed to recognize it and remember all of it was the black and cream fur.

There was a time in my life when I was younger and I would constantly search the internet for hours on end to see what happens next, years before the lust animatic. I didn't know it simply hadn't gotten another part, or perhaps I was just a child in denial. I loved this story, it's such an extremely creative take on dystopian fantasy but there were elements such as humanity using cats for warcraft against their will that gave it such a realistic edge despite the clearly fictional world. This is phenomenal; the voice acting, the animations, the vibe staying true to the old animatics despite your new style, the action, the angles... god I could write an essay on this. I love these silly battle cats. My younger self would be screeching off the walls seeing this.
Woahhh I can’t wait to watch this!! The "It All Fell Apart" MAP is one of my favorites!!

The PMV + limited AMV works so well! I love the way the characters move and not doing their lipsync must have saved a ton of time The backgrounds are so neat to look at - even if sketchy/simple, I like the detail you have included amongst them! It has always been a visual choice that has made the story more enhancing (and dangerous feeling?) to me~ It's so cool to see how deeply the variety of the characters are tied together and it is so nice you got to make another scene with voice actors and all

Je n’arrive pas à croire que ça va ce finir dans 3 storyboard ! J’ai connu les premiers épisodes quand j’étais à l’école, et je regardais régulièrement si des épisodes arrivaient (j’avais même cru que le projet était abandonné). Dans l’une des storyboard j’avais aimé une musique et je suis tombée dessus aujourd’hui, donc je suis revenue voir avec la grande surprise d’en voir trois nouveau (ancien je sais dans le temps) mais vraiment heureuse de cette surprise. En tout cas j’adore l’histoire !

I feel like if that cream/tan cat was was Enki's mother, I believe that she would try to overhear Ayki's plan. I also believe that when Aspen sneaks in and infiltrates the guild, Lust will help him, or possibly misguide him to Alya and Enki's undoing amd suffering.
I believe that the truth will eventually come out, and Lust will have explaining to do for what she had against the death of Kemi
