Man this video helped me out so much. Mine is a 92 and it was exactly the same as this. I believe only 92-97 was this convoluted. From the research i remember doing the rest of the years were much more simple than this.
Hi i got the same engine on my tony kart. I want to replace the piston and gaskets. But i dont know wish year the engine is from. Please help me out here.
I seen the side of this kid says 1687 I've already had some eBay to put on my KX and I'm having problems trying to find a power valve replacement 1993 anyhow be greatly appreciated if anyone can help me the VIN number on the Block is no help only this casting number if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it please send me a reply back thanks a lot eBay they're just a bunch of jerks that wants to rip people off so if you buy something from them make sure you very methodically carefully look at it and go through it the best you can with their crappy pictures LOL
Richard Burnett i actually just got a 89 kx125 and my right hand exhaust valve is broken:(. i have to find someone with a drill press and im going to repair it. i got a new wiseco piston kit for it today. i cant wait to put it all together and ride it.

Why do these kips power valves make noise at low rpms ?

1993, but its pretty much the same up to 2000 i think, im not sure.

You know what I did? I bought another left valve and cut the notch to go the right direction and all is great.
