That screen didn’t used to pop up on mobile but does now, for me at least. Most important aspect of this mechanic was not addressed and that is what determines whether your pet actually brings your stuff back? Is it simply a case of players looting it so it’s gone no matter what you do or does the game just regenerate those items for your pet to find even though someone has already looted it? Also, what is the reasoning for a 12 and 36 hr scent? Does this mean that you can get back all insured items from multiple games that occurred within that time frame so you don’t have to spend the cash searching every single raid? This game is way too complex for how little support they provide in explaining it and not enough people play to encourage content creators to figure it all out for us with “how to” guides.
Completely understandable. I have had issues trying to figure this out as well. I play daily, but I don't really use the insurance as NA is pretty dead and I never run out of money or immunity so its a bit hard for me to test. If you have any other advice you could lend, that would be most appreciated :)

Fortunately there are still enough NA players to get matches fairly quick, but I’m on mobile so… This game is much more satisfying than Arena Breakout, on all levels, but for some reason AB is where most attention gets paid. With Lost you can find success and gratification even if you’re horrible at the game, but also has severe challenges for god tier players. It’s just so close to the perfect game and even though you get 3 lives it’s still easy to lose everything so the the adrenaline rush is still there. Love this game.

So your pet has to have Affinity Lv 5 first. You get 10 affinity for your pet every time you bring them into the exclusion zone with you. Also you can interact with them in the shelter for 2 or 5 Affinity every 2-5 mins

Well, depends on if you chose the 12hr or 24 hr (Adv) scent marker. I would assume if its been within those, you might get it back. The new system for insurance is still buggy and we haven't get it all figured out yet :)
By 'advance marker' I assume you mean the Adv Spray, in which you would just select it on the insurance screen when loading into the exclusion zone, and pay with ig currency (aka New Pounds) If you don't have the insurance screen, youll need to level your pets affinity to lvl 5 (just continue bringing your pet out with you and they will lvl up in no time)

Not 100% on this one cuz the devs never fully explained the features of this updated system. I have tried a lil testing but its hit and miss rn. Appreciate ya 🙂

So I had forgotten to mention that there is a pet req for insurance. You pet lv must be 5 in order to unlock the screen.

They replaced the cases with a new pet system back in Season 5. They basically are the same, just have extra steps to get that max 4x3.

I dont know the answer, mainly cuz I never considered this, as I rarely paid any attention to the storm mechanics. I will have to look into :)
