So many memories of Corsica!!! 1986, It was my first "adventure" vacation with my friends on bicycles. Three young men, just graduated from high school. We went all around the island. 3 weeks, 800km on bicycles and all our camping gears. I ended up crashing while racing downhill. What do you except 3 eighteen year-old boys? Lol. Good Times.
Superb. That coastal view is always what I am looking for. The heavily loaded bmw is an object lesson on how I could not do it. I couldn't even pick it! Great watch Thanks for sharing Happy, safe travels 👍
Very beautiful scenes!!!! Thank you so much for sharing them with us!!! Only place in the U S that might have such blue water would be California but I'm not going near there.
I wasn't expecting to see such a modern train. I've seen videos of old tourist trains in Corsica. Island hopping makes a nice change for Europeans who always visit the Alps.
July it's not the best time of the year to enjoy your bike here, too many tourists, the roads are crowded. It's ok if you want to go on the beach, swim, etc, but if you just wanna wander around on your bike it's better in may or the second half of september. Less hot and less crowded.
What a beautiful and wild island. Riding there is quite different from Sardina (more of a racetrack) so I'd prefer an Enduro like my venerable Transalp 600 PD06 for Corsica. Maybe next autumn or in 2024. In which month were you in Corsica, Pavlin? Günter, Nürnberg/Germany
Beautiful ride Pavlin. It's hard to believe the crap you see tied on a motorcycle with one rider. How miserable. I bet that bag hasn't been opened since it was strapped on the bike. Maybe it has a life raft inside. Sad and dangerous. Take care.
