You might be right that most kings don't love their masculinity as much as many popular queens love their femininity, but that's not the only type of drag queen either. Drag kings are diverse, and if you do some research, I'm sure you could find more of this "pure polished masculinity" that you enjoy.

It was fascinating how Throb--who had sold themselves as a Drag King to the show and to the other competitors--switched things up around episode 8 and started doing more feminine-presenting drag. Landon Cider did hyper-masc drag for his entire season, and snatched the win easily by just operating on an astronomically high level every challenge; Throb was less consistent and more messy, but also showed some very impressive versatility and passion. Especially loved their horror look in the finale--I get how the Boulets were underwhelmed by it at first but the more times I see it the more haunted I am by it.
I woudn't say Throb is messy at all, the only thing they failed was on their props the majority of the season. And I think their Drag is at the same level as Landon for sure. If it wasn't for the props I'm sure they would have been at the same level as Nio and a better shot at the finale.
People saying that this was Nio's season but honestly i still think Throb should've won. His entire finale was gorgeous and showcased all the faces of Filth Glam Horror

He should have won over nio. 1/2 of nio's looks didn't fit the theme. Granted not as much as Ork. Both of them took the Abhora route of "eff you, I will wear what I want". Blackberries understood the assignment each challengeand most of their looks were good, but all of throb's looks were amazing (except the Godzilla challenge). Plus just like Landon, they were versatile and you never knew what you were going to get.

The 3 first runways are amazing, it's pretty spectacular. Not a fan of the rest, but the talent is there. Her teeths prothesis is always really visible in all of her looks. ^^
How did he not win 💀 i didn't like this season overall, undeserving winner, no location challenges, forced drama/moments, majority of the contestants had zero charisma, i think we're witnessing the downhill of dragula
It’s a reality show with hours of filming edited down to episodes and Throb is friends with/doing shows with the people he was supposedly micro-aggressive toward. You’re literally the one being offended on another’s behalf here.

Throb got better and better each episode. I’d be happy to see him back on a Titans season.
