I don’t think LSG offered the firebrick upgrade at the time you did this video. I think the firebrick is enough of an upgrade to make special mention of it when ranking these grills.
I found this video to be very helpful. I had decided I wanted one of these..but my space on my pool deck is limited..wasn’t even aware of the Cedar Creek Sculptures company…and that’s who I went with…ordered the 30” Asadera…going to fit perfectly in my spot. 10 weeks wait for it, but buying a made in America product from a small family business is worth the wait IMO.
Excellent job - clearly lots of effort to produce such informative video. I am proud owner of Taqwood. It is easily best quality/value of all reviewed brands in Stainless steel category for me - my standout. I don’t own carbon steel and can’t comment. Doing research online made me somewhat cautious not to buy good looking but questionable quality Santa Maria grill. Since I live in Miami I was able to see Taqwood in person and it took me one look to write them a check for full top of the line package. It is top notch quality with all stainless steel construction to smallest detail. Only complaint I have is poor cover quality but hearing they have new model coming. Best for me is industrial strength rotisserie that can cook small pig or small lamb!
I didn't come across the fuego criollo when I did my research for this episode. Now having taken a look at their products, they look very well made. They appear to be an import from Argentina like Nuke. The entire stainless steel construction, of course, makes them very expensive but more durable. The complete housing around and above will make the grill useable in more weather situations than some of the others. I would say, if you can afford it, the Argentine XL or XXL would be a very good purchase.
Thanks.. yeah it just came across my feed. I was looking for youtube reviews but didn’t find anything. Looks pretty solid and reasonably priced for ss. Thanks for the prompt response. If select this one I will keep you posted.
I totally agree... for amazing customer service, a huge array of top end grills and staggeringly good prices. Peachwood grills cannot be beaten (this is a me as a customer...)
Way way too much info. I kind of like country something from Allen’s welding. However, I’d be more inclined to build my own. Interesting to hear the history of these grills Argentina versus Santa Maria definitely like that for Brasero idea as well as the crank 😊
These grills are so overpriced. They don't even look well designed or upgraded over the years. Someone made them in their garage. No thanks. I'll stick with Kamado Joe cooker.

I appreciate this research so much I wish I could like the video twice!
Great video. I really appreciate you taking the time to create this content. Thank you!
You're welcome 🙂👍
Excelentes parrillas!👍. 🇦🇷 Argentina🇦🇷❤👍👍

I have a Tuscan from Arizona BBQ Outfitters, and I love it.

I’m just looking at the chapters and don’t see a review for the mill scale SM. Do you have a video for that?
You know what, I don't think I ever have.
No on does it like - smoke master D!!!!!
Gran Vídeo Gracias!!!
Kind of surprised there was no mention of the Yoder El Dorado.
It had not been invented yet. But check out this video I did looking at the El Dorado ruclips.net/video/AH-XWDIMgCk/видео.html
@@SmokeMasterD My bad; thanks for your reply and the link. 👍
I’ve been hoping you would do a video on SM grills.
Enjoy 😉
Thanks for the info.. any info on the fuego criollo grill?

Do people usually prefer a double vs single crank?
If they want to cook at two different temperatures, they might.
I wish there were decently affordable agentine grills...
Yeah. They're a little pricey. The question, I suppose, is are they worth the price?
I make Santa Maria grill too my brand is PEACHWOOD grill .

Lsg all the way
LSG grills end up being over 3k with shipping and add-ons, not worth it!
I have to say that there is a lot with upgrades for LSG. It really has to be taken into account when buying from them.
"Tus-kan"? The Arizona city of Tucsan is "Too-sahn"! The c is before the s, so I don't even know where you get your pronunciation...
Thanks for the correction
