Depends what you mean by this. A many-to-many prompt will indicate that the tables on both sides of the relationships contain duplicates. Power BI can handle many-to-many relationships (does not mean you should do it), while Excel cannot. The solution depends on your model and requirements and goes beyond the scope of this comments box.
