Entertaining and informative as always - the delivery style is a pleasure and has developed in a professional but still so personal style - IMHO - but hey, thoroughly watchable. I've followed your adventures that have been informative and fresh. I am so glad that you haven't been won over too obviously by the leaning of sponsorship and also you've not become a Hooray Henry. Your humour and occasional irreverence always brings a smile - that's a great characteristic. Keep it up Adam - looking forward to the team getting together for the Atlantic challenge. Veterans such a worthy cause and I support a charity involved. Have also restored our town's War Memorial garden over 4 years - lot of hard work in volunteer hours, commitment, negotiating and publicising. Nothing in life worth having is easily gained though. Good man - and yes - a thoroughly cool and inspiring dude.

Not the usual exciting adventure from Adam but a pretty good video full of useful advice. Wish I had heard some of it years ago. Even old farts can learn sometime from this guy. You got me over that feeling where I went to gym at odd hours to avoid people like you. Now I go when it is crowded with people like you. Everybody is so willing to spot me and give advice. They always compliment me being this old and still go to the gym. Thanks Adam

Usually the biggest guys at the gym are the nicest. Not always, but then non-muscle guys aren't always nice either. My experience (am not a muscle guy) is 9/10 are very very nice/pleasant/helpful.
