Hello Karan, thanks for reaching out! So I can't think of any way to do this without a customisation - maybe Microsoft might introduce something to help with this in the future. If you're wanting to go ootb for the solution to this issue, I would say maybe use edit in excel or config packages to optimise data input - hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else!!
