Required ingredients :
ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು :
Okra 500 gms - ಬೆಂಡೆಕಾಯಿ ಅರ್ಧ ಕೆಜಿ
Chopped onion 2 nos - ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ 2
Chopped tomato 1 - ಟೊಮೆಟೋ ಹಣ್ಣು
Cooking oil 6 tbsp - ಅಡುಗೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ 6 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Grated coconut 4 tbsp - ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿತುರಿ 4 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Sambar powder 2 tbsp - ಸಾರಿನ ಪುಡಿ 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Coriander powder 1 tbsp - ಧನಿಯ ಪುಡಿ 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Turmeric powder little - ಅರಿಶಿನದ ಪುಡಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Coriander leaves little - ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Curry leaves little - ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Mustard seeds little - ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Asafoetida benefits - ಇಂಗು ಚಿಟಿಕೆಯಷ್ಟು
Jeera 1/2 tsp - ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಟೇಬಲ್ಸ್ ಫೋನ್
