Ingredients:
2 cups, Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 cups macaroni pasta
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
5 cups chicken broth, reserved from boiling chicken
3-4 pieces hotdogs (optional)
1 large potato
2 medium/large carrots
1 chicken cube
1/4 cup or more evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil for sauteing
