you know, this is EXACTLY how life is America is. All the people who say this never happens choose to never let it happen. I lived in poverty as a child but we still made things like this happen because it's not about how much money you have but how you spend your time with who.
This is one of those songs where is does not matter your music preference. This is just a damn good song.

I remember listening to this in high school and thinking that I was the boy that was sung about in the chorus. For a while it seemed hopeless, but now I am engaged and our marriage is in July! That being said, I pass the torch to whoever is the next person. Remember you’ll find someone eventually!

Got a chance to meet Jake, not at a concert but at the Long Branch Saloon in Vero Beach Florida. Every now and then he pops in with his brother and is a normal guy, not conceited in any way shape or form. And I played football at the school in the video, cool to see it!

❤ Jake Owen finally saw him in concert in PA for his down to the tiki tonk tour last Friday. He was amazing. my 1st jake owen concert too & the best concert hands down that I've been too. He seems very chill & laid back. Someone you could just hang out & grab a beer with. Very down to earth & normal for a celebrity which is awesome. I loved how he talked to his fans during the performance too & also asked what they wanted to hear etc. It was sad to hear him talk about the tornado in Tennessee bc I didn't know about it. I don't watch TV bc I have no time for it. But occasionally look @ sm & didnt see anything about it. So it was a shock to me when I heard & I hope everyones ok. This was my 1st night out in over 2 yrs. I worked full time in nursing & took care of my grandma w/ Alzheimers for a yr on my wknds off. So I constantly wrkd 6 days a wk. Then she moved into a home & I got another job pt time @ the home I worked for for about another 6 mo. needed the $ Found out I was pregnant & still wrkd like crazy then had my son & became a SAHM to be able to raise him. So my hubby was so sweet & got me 2 tickets for my mom & I to go to the concert so I can have a mommy night 🥰 my early mothers day gift. I also enjoyed my 1st beer in a yr since I had my son & ❤ every sip. Great mommy night off & great music. Wonderful evening.
