Hi! This is a custom-made batterry pack, which is connected to the main battery pack BMS. You can't buy it, but you can order one to be built by the battery workshop for you.

it does look modified. i bought a similar copper heat sink that fits on computer ram memory from amazon. and it fit perfect for my RS

It's Silagerm, I'm not sure, that it's available on your market. Try looking for a termal transfer compund, which is easy to be removed.
