Not another Doctor could have saved his life, he even said he didn.t know if he could, well he did and made a 100% recovery, i was 15 when that event took place, he was flown to shock trauma center, Dr.Carson was waiting on him. I never got to tell him he saved two lives that day, if my brother had died so would my mother, she always blamed herself for running back inside to get her purse and left him in his car seat. The human brain is the most complicated organ on the human body, it is capable of far more than anyone can imagine, humans can only access 10%, GOD can access 100% of his brain ,that's why he is GOD and how lucky are we that he is a good GOD? After I discovered Dr Carson, I always used him as an example in my classroom and had all of his books available in my classroom for my students to read. Retired after 42 years.

Her case was eventually taken to court and she won. A very brave woman. If someone wants to know more about her, google her. As a caucasian teacher I always celebrated black history month by having bulletin boards and centers and as many books as I could find for my students to read about the accomplishments of the black citizens in our country. One of the many things I miss about teaching.

Dr Carson is a well known neurosurgeon. He had a troubled childhood in Detroit and then his Mom did the most responsible thing. She had her sons go to the library, get and read books and have them give book reports. A young boy in the hoods grew into a wonderful neurosurgeon who was part of the medical team to separate cojoined sisters. Read his book, see the movie "Gifted Hands"
I have read all his books. Being a member of the Republican Party to this day, and not trying to change it, not speaking up against what it has become, is a betrayal of character, his mother, black people, and America.

I love Dr. Benjamin Carson! I think he is such a good man! Dr. Carson performed brain surgery on a little girl in my Brownie Scout Troop and gave that young lady a life free of seizures and he did it pro bono! Really a true story! I did get to meet Dr. Carson at a political dinner and I feel he’s one of the greatest men of our generation. I thank God for Dr. Carson. He is a true Statesman. We need men like him in the forefront of society today, intelligent, gracious and diplomatic. And politically incorrect! Thank God!!!
Indeed, they are two of the people I admire most. Intelligence without wisdom is a dangerous thing; we see a lot of that today. But Dr. Carson and Dr. Sowell have abundance of both.

I have followed Ben Carson for years. What a life story he has, and what a difference his excellence in his field of Neurosurgery has been for his patients, especially his expertise in very young children with brain problems. He is a good man, an old fashioned American , and it is just a crying shame we do not have many like him left. In his closing he said if we want American to remain free, then we have to be the HOME OF THE BRAVE. Sadly, bravery is fading out at an accelerated speed. Men are not what men used to be; protectors of the family, and the nation, willing to go and lay their lives on the line for both. I don't put the blame on our young people for their utter lack of so many important things, they have not had good parents, they have not had good educations, and since the internet invaded our lives, they spend their time being dumbed down online, reading things that are not factual, being indoctrinated at every level. It is such a sad state of affairs we as a nation find ourselves in, but it is those who are in the older generations that see the handwriting on the wall that says, we are in grave danger of losing everything that this nation set out to be, the younger generations are sadly clueless and I do believe the tipping point has been passed to correct all the terrible evils that have ruined this great nation. I do believe that our system, the Constitutional Republic WILL end and it is coming sooner than one wants to think about. This is the man that I wanted for POTUS in 2016. I stuck with him right until the end when he very graciously bowed out. People thought he was too "soft-spoken". They clearly can't identify intelligence when they see it.

I have admired Dr Carson way before he made the political scene. His accomplishments are numerable. His life is akin to a fiction where reading it, you wouldn't believe he could be born in the Ghetto, belonged to gangs, nearly stabbed a gang member to death until he finally realized he was heading down the wrong path. He went from the dumbest and most volatile kid in the neighborhood to graduating Valedictorian from high school, to Yale, to University of Michigan Medical School, to the hardest of all specialties, Neurosurgery and to top it off, Chief of Neurosurgery at John Hopkins at the young age of 33. Highly recommend the movie made about his life "Gifted Hands". You will want to smile, laugh, cry and cheer before it's over. I bought copies for my granddaughters before they were in their teens and they called me after they watched it and thanked me - never did that before!
One of the most important speeches I've heard in a long time. Doctor Carson hit all the major points in what plagues our society today. I really wish he was part of Trump's campaign, in some impactful position. His insight and acumen would be pivotal as a close advisor to the next president during their full term.

I did get to meet Dr. Carson at a political dinner and I feel he’s one of the greatest men of our generation. I thank God for Dr. Carson.
He is a true Statesman. We need men like him in the forefront of society today, intelligent, gracious and diplomatic. And politically incorrect! Thank God!!!
Dr. Carson like Professor Thomas Sowell are American treasures to be both admired and listened to.
Indeed, they are two of the people I admire most. Intelligence without wisdom is a dangerous thing; we see a lot of that today. But Dr. Carson and Dr. Sowell have abundance of both.

I have followed Ben Carson for years. What a life story he has, and what a difference his excellence in his field of Neurosurgery has been for his patients, especially his expertise in very young children with brain problems. He is a good man, an old fashioned American , and it is just a crying shame we do not have many like him left. In his closing he said if we want American to remain free, then we have to be the HOME OF THE BRAVE. Sadly, bravery is fading out at an accelerated speed. Men are not what men used to be; protectors of the family, and the nation, willing to go and lay their lives on the line for both. I don't put the blame on our young people for their utter lack of so many important things, they have not had good parents, they have not had good educations, and since the internet invaded our lives, they spend their time being dumbed down online, reading things that are not factual, being indoctrinated at every level. It is such a sad state of affairs we as a nation find ourselves in, but it is those who are in the older generations that see the handwriting on the wall that says, we are in grave danger of losing everything that this nation set out to be, the younger generations are sadly clueless and I do believe the tipping point has been passed to correct all the terrible evils that have ruined this great nation. I do believe that our system, the Constitutional Republic WILL end and it is coming sooner than one wants to think about. We have thrown ourselves into the godless quicksand, and the Creator GOD, who blessed this nation and the principles it was founded on has left the building because we threw Him out. He has removed his hedge of protection and blessing on this nation just as he did EVEN with His chosen people, Israel. Over and over in the Old Testament the Jewish people left Him and went to Pagan gods, and everytime they did that, GOD would remove his blessings and they would suffer all kinds of terrible things. When they would REPENT, then God would restore His blessings on them once again.....only for them to do the same over and over again. When we disobey the Creator God we can expect nothing less than total chaos to happen and we are heading for that total chaos at break neck speed. I am so sad that I literally cannot listen to much anymore about what is going on without crying from deep in my gut and having sleepless nights wondering what kind of country will our grand children and their children be living in? It doesn't look hopefull.
Dr. Ben Carson is a citizen of the kingdom of God. You are correct that God has blessed this country while we protect the God given right of freedom of conscience and freedom of choice. America will eventually reverse our freedoms and begin using force. You can read about it in the book "Great Controversy." This book has given me hope for the future and great joy. Maranatha!

Any moron can understand that it is impossible to have an economic system that depends on infinite growth on a planet with finite resources, it's not rocket science. And historically, every single capitalist system has continued in its upward consolidation of wealth, power and monopoly into fewer and fewer hands until it becomes a totalitarian dictatorship. There has never been an exception, and the United States will not be the magic unicorn.

This is the man that I wanted for POTUS in 2016. I stuck with him right until the end when he very graciously bowed out. People thought he was too "soft-spoken". They clearly can't identify intelligence when they see it.

What a inspiration Mr Carson’s speech was. He has the same values that many of us do as well.
I have admired Dr Carson way before he made the political scene. His accomplishments are numerable. His life is akin to a fiction where reading it, you wouldn't believe he could be born in the Ghetto, belonged to gangs, nearly stabbed a gang member to death until he finally realized he was heading down the wrong path. He went from the dumbest and most volatile kid in the neighborhood to graduating Valedictorian from high school, to Yale, to University of Michigan Medical School, to the hardest of all specialties, Neurosurgery and to top it off, Chief of Neurosurgery at John Hopkins at the young age of 33. He is phenomenal, and Dr. Carson literally walks with God. He was my man and I campaigned for him, and was on the committee to persuade him to run for POTUS in 2020. After he dropped out, we all waited to stand behind the man he endorsed and that was President Trump. If Dr. Carson endorses a person, you can better believe that person is honest, loves America and the Constitution, Family and God. We need more like Dr. Carson to get the RHINOS, the Communist and Socialist out of our Government that are only interested in advancing themselves and get the American Patriots who put God, Country, Family and Constitution before all else back running our country.

Highly recommend the movie made about his life "Gifted Hands". You will want to smile, laugh, cry and cheer before it's over. I bought copies for my granddaughters before they were in their teens and they called me after they watched it and thanked me - never did that before!
One of the most important speeches I've heard in a long time. Doctor Carson hit all the major points in what plagues our society today. I really wish he was part of Trump's campaign, in some impactful position. His insight and acumen would be pivotal as a close advisor to the next president during their full term.
