I don't know how to properly Heel & Toe since there's so little leg room in my car. I just opt for a slower blip of the accelerator and then braking if needed.

He need to keep brake pedal steady and he increased it so when he lifted clutch it jumped forward.
I may be wrong but I think that is why.

Its because he did upshift not downshift

Its easy to accidentally slam the brake when blipping the throttle
Not to mention he when from 4-5th gear lol

he did it very slow and released the clutch late and slow thats why the car bogged down

Throttle blipping only applies during downshifting. You can blip upshift but only applies for sequential manual.
