Considering it has all the dlc and the original game started out at $60 on PS4 and currently not on sale is $50 on Steam, $20 for all the dlc doesn't seem unreasonable. You are basically paying $30 for the game on sale and $20 for all the dlc. Just read what dlc the smaller bundle has and see if that one is to your liking. I believe there are two bundles.
I'm wondering if anyone could help me out ? I don't know if i have a glitch in my game but every-time, I'm in a fight my health goes down without any enemies hitting me. It's like my characters have been poisoned in a fight. (but they haven't or i would have seen the buff sign)

i have heard that's becoz you use an op DLC weapon try changing the weapon you use it should fix it "as i heard i a forum"

I just that nor for my CPU, the GTX 650 is greatly better than mine, and GPU is the "most important" so i was doubtful xD

The buttons that show up are 360 controls and I use a PS4 controller so I would say yes. :)
