Azera is a extract of neem, Azadiracthtin. And Pyrethrins extract of daisy flowers. Just fyi. Neem oil can be harsh, especially if it is not emulsified correctly

I spotted some aphids in my greenhouse, just a few on my basil. Released a package of ladybugs, hopefully that will take care of them. Was about $12 @garden center.

Let us know how it goes - ladybugs didn’t work for us

    greenhouse heat treatments work wonders

Unfortunately, at certain stages, heat would destroy the very seedlings we are wanting to protect (the newbies fry easliy).

@@tablerockteacompany I hear you. Many plants can handle it. This is about aphids and greenhouses. Heat treatments do work.

Beauveria bassiana is an option. Green lacewing larvae.

We’ve tried a few predatory insects but with little to no success

will these work on root aphids?

Are these chemicals dangerous to humans?
It really does not sound like something I want on tea that I’ll be drinking…
Something that ruptures a bug’s gut or a neurotoxin.

They are close cousins to pyrethrins. Also, they are used only on plants in the greenhouse, not in field/production plants

You might want to use integrated pest management because no one wants chemicals on their tea

It’s in the greenhouse, not in or on production tea (after the greenhouse, the plants are another 3-5 years in the field before harvest with nothing applied
      whatsoever).
