Great study material, keep these awesome videos coming!
Thank you! Good luck with your studying 🛩
Excellent stuff bro
Very good detailed video,thnx
Glad it was helpful!
Was very helpful. I have heard about the “burp” but it was not included - I was specifically looking for this procedure. I also did not see a visual inspection of fuel - is this not done with this acft; they both seem critical items to check and include. Other than these 2 items, I rate this a 5/5 stars
Nice Plane !!
Thanks!
Multi Magic!!! Well done guys💪🏻
Great video guys ❤
Picked up a few things thanks!!!!!!!
Great!!
where did you check the fuel tanks level..
I am a mechanic for a local flight school, our students also check the lights and pitot heater, also draining the battery. What procedure you all use to prevent the battery drain, we 5 to 6 flights a day?
Your school fly with your alternator/generator inop?
How long for part 2???
New videos every Saturday 😉stay tuned...
17:25 Burping the engine--can someone please elaborate on that for me?
The engine has a remote oil sump (dry sump). Some of the oil can stay in the system when it's been sitting. This gives an incorrectly low oil reading when checking. "Burping" the engine by turning the propeller at a constant, slow, speed will push air through the system and clear the remaining oil into the remote sump. When the air makes it all the way through the system, it makes an audible noise similar to a burp. At that point, the oil is ready to be checked and the reading will be more accurate.
@@SlingPilotAcademy Excellent. Thank you for the detailed explanation. I'm ferrying one of these long distance tomorrow and I used your videos as a supplement to the POH to improve my understanding of the systems ahead of time. Super valuable.
@@dave0351 Good luck and thanks for watching! 🛩
!!!!!!!!!!!!
when you do the preflight check you even do not know how much fuel do you have
Farted !
Basically it is a twin engine twin seat airplane. Back seats are only for your flight bag
