Samsung 59 Inch Plasma Does Not Turn On, How to Fix Repair!

I picked up a Samsung 59" Plasma TV (Model PN59D550C1FXZC) trashed on the curb in front of a neighbour! The owner was there and she said it wouldn't turn on and let me take it.
