These goggles are da bomb!! 😆
My point was, they are great goggles for someone starting out. You can still shredz hard with em. You don't need to spend five hundred bucks on a goggle setup to get going in this hobby. Mine are now my ride along goggles for my buddies, but they still work really really well and actually have a better receiver than my Skyzones.

There was an old version of Betaflight where when you have a failsafe and the quad comes back in range it would keep flying without having to re-arm. I remember when they changed it I had a failsafe about 900m up and I was waiting for it to come back but it never did. I wish they would give us this option in the failsafe tab in betaflight.

At least if it failsafes, you can peel your quad pizza off the ground. I lost a quad to a hungry waterfall and haven’t found it or my gopro.
Great flying Steele. I felt bad for the guy who had to failsafe. I have heard that sound of impact in person twice and I hate it. Great video and recovery of the quad. I can only estimate how many ladders and trees and a few building I have had to climb.

That's a bit nuts climbing up on stuff like that. One 12ft or higher fall onto pavement or going through a roof might be a risk with that kind of thing. Should look into getting a larger support drone with a retrieval hook.
