He’s truly talented American mum..to think that he didn’t have proper/professional training like voice lessons..actually most Filipino who joined singing contests..and marcelito is really humble..
On the street from 7 - then while he was caring for chickens, he realized he could switch between the voices. And he was 18 at that time... He actually had found his family (father/stepmother & mother/siblings-brother & sister) before he went to the talent show in the Philippines. (disharmony caused him to leave his father's home & later finding his mother the same happened and he returned to the street.) That's understandable, since he was most likely comfortable on the streets by then... He's in his early 30's and almost gave up on singing, but his wife stood by him, was not only supportive, but helped get him places to perform. Eventually he got the attention of influential people abroad... the rest is ahead of him. This is a shortened version of what someone who went digging for information discovered... I think he's a beautiful and amazing spirit... so inspiring!
