Now after going through a relationship with a narcissist, I realize how it completely distracted me from my purpose and dug a hole for myself in terms of debt. Thank you for this video. I think content like this is important and really exposes the “dim” side of being chosen by God. I don’t know if you’ve already talked about this, and I know that some of your videos may have touched on this, but if not, can you talk about how God chooses those who may feel like they aren’t worthy of being chosen or who a lot of people would assume would not be chosen? I recently started reading the Bible and going to church again, and a lot of stories I knew before I forgot, because I was too young to even internalize them. But, one story that has really touched me has been the story of Moses. There are many instances in the Bible, where he asks God to pick someone else to lead others because of his issues with speaking. Reading those types of things have made me feel closer to God because I realize that I don’t have to be perfect in order for him to love me or use me for good. So if you haven’t already done a video, is that some thing that you could talk about? About not having to be perfect and in fact, God wanting to choose those who he can transform? Thank you for this video. I think content like this is important and really exposes the “dim” side of being chosen by God. It’s something us folks don’t really know how to put in words to other people without sounding dramatic. Right now i’m in a season where I need to trust God more than ever. And yes I agree also, there’e nothing we can do about being chosen. No matter how far we can attempt to run, we’ll only find ourselves back to where God has called us.

I don’t know if you’ve already talked about this, and I know that some of your videos may have touched on this, but if not, can you talk about how God chooses those who may feel like they aren’t worthy of being chosen or who a lot of people would assume would not be chosen?
I recently started reading the Bible and going to church again, and a lot of stories I knew before I forgot, because I was too young to even internalize them. But, one story that has really touched me has been the story of Moses. There are many instances in the Bible, where he asks God to pick someone else to lead others because of his issues with speaking. Reading those types of things have made me feel closer to God because I realize that I don’t have to be perfect in order for him to love me or use me for good.
So if you haven’t already done a video, is that some thing that you could talk about? About not having to be perfect and in fact, God wanting to choose those who he can transform? And if you have talked about that, in the video, please let me know which video! And keep up the good work. You’re helping a lot of us out here.

Sweetie, God chose us in him before the earth was formed. All the days of our lives were written in his book before we were born. God picked you before you were born. It doesn't matter how you feel or what others may say about you. Remember how Saul didn't think David could defeat Goliath. Because David couldn't wear Saul's armour Saul didn't think David could do it and wished him well. But God had prepared David to defeat a giant by having him tend sheep and defeat lions and bears. Tending sheep was a lowly job but God used it to prepare David to one day become a king. Think on that.
