Sometimes I really hate band room tempo.
Dayvon Savage me too. Takes some of the energy out of it. Adversely, it also allows you to hear more details of certain joints vs being played at regular tempo. Pros and cons I guess.
De Indeed it does but I always have looked at it a little differently. I think it gives the kids a sense of playing a tune for the first time during a performance which gives it that “crunk factor” while performing.

mikedaflexta I pray we don’t because I’m a huge fan but I have to be realistic. Nathan Haymer was a huge lost. I’m sure they will be good tho. Kendrick gotta step up well before time.
Trust me bro SU was a powerhouse before Mr. Haymer, plus there are 2 capable instructors who sat right behind him. Mr. Taylor will not miss a beat and Mr. Simmons is a God arranger so stop stressing bruh. They are going to be alright.
