What's on your dream Fodera bass?

Mike Bendy is the shit. I've sat at his feet and marveled at his wizardry. Highly recommend folks check him out.

If every company was like Sweetwater, the world would be a better place. I don't buy gear anywhere else

I loved the bass that the Fodera guy had. Looked like a neat setup with the headless and drop tuner. Maybe one day I can afford one and some Aguilar equipment too. He had a nice jam at the end. Thanks for video

You guys need to make the same arrangement with G&L!

You can get custom G&Ls through Sweetwater! Just call up a Sales Engineer and they can get your ideas down, then get back to you with a price. I'm planning on doing it myself. I have an idea for an ultra-minimalistic SB-1 with no knobs and no pickguard. Just one, three-way switch that has full volume/full tone on one position, 70% volume/full tone in the middle, and 70% volume/rolled off tone in the third position. Ebony fretboard with no inlays (side-dots only). Huge flake paint with matching headstock (not sure of color yet). Going to experiment with the electronics of that myself by mocking it up in a LB-100 Tribute before I get the spec nailed down.

Totally thought for a split second that Sweetwater was finally selling custom fedoras. This is cool too I guess!

Having seen the prices for non-custom Fodera basses, I'm guessing a custom version will cost much more.

It's actually not a crazy amount more, but it all depends on what kinds of woods you choose, what type of construction choices you make, and how wild you want to get with it.

Tonewood on a solidbody? Really? Next you'll say climate change isn't real, please advertise actual science.

Ay man. I don't think the wood that the body is made out of makes any difference in tone, but it's a phrase to say I guess. 🤷‍♂️
