There's also the factor of commissioned music, TRakker's "Insanity" was for a mindbreak/NTR game, in the same way Electro.Muster's "Innocencia" was for a mindbreak/NTR game. If no commissions come in, he's probably less motivated to make that sort of music, and go back to doing more BGM type music.
