@@RealValkor Yeap it is true that there is a way of earning things needed to upgrade gears, but it requires huge amount of gold and power points to upgrade a single brawler up to 11 lvl. You need to spend 2800 golds to upgrade from 10lvl to 11lvl
I don't know what is more frustrating: the fact that building level 11 brawlers takes an eternity or the fact that good gears are basically impossible to find, while the trash ones are everywhere.

That sounds about right. I only log in very rarely to gather rewards. I’m very disappointed that the new update basically haven’t changed the situation at all- overpriced upgrades and the ridiculous amount of grind just makes me demotivated. When the introduced gears I was so disappointed by being beaten just because someone having gears. It was enough that gadgets have changed the game but gears were too much. I was fine with progression untill it turned out they more than DOUBLED IT. Club league is good but i still only have 3 brawlers at lvl 11.

Same here ;( I've spend alot of time to upgrade all my brawler when that time the highest rank is 9. and I thought I was almost there then the gear just came up that really made me so disappointed ever since then i need get more shit brawl exp and have a lower chance to get star power
What really sucks is I feel like this could have been balanced well. The problem was it was too easy to max out for players who already close, so they added more content for every character, along with club leagues to increase progress. Unfortunately, that mean when you do get maxed out, you can immediately max out any new character. What they could have done instead, is add a lot more stuff to the trophy road, instead of just two boxes every 1000 trophies, so those who already have a lot of time in the game can immediately get a bunch of progress
2:25, Could this be any more accurate. I think the Showdown+ was the best thing, kinda addressed the issue of teaming. But they removed it. They should come up with some thing that will make all fight without teaming.

Gears should just be deleted. It makes the game more complicated and pay-to-win. Supercell always focuses on high rank players than new players. This game was based on player's skills, but now it's just on money. I don't play the game anymore because of the gears. I also keep getting defeated by brawlers with high leveled gears.
I like it how Supercell messed up leveling up system and now they're slowly trying to fix that, the healing gear used to be worst gear in the game, but now thanks to its rework its actually better than most gears. Even though imo damage gear is still the best choice.

I wanted some new "equippment" in this game (we had: Gadgets and Starpowers) and I like that there's gears... but it's still not the thing i was expecting so if Supercell would like to add one more "equippment" I hop it would be that thing im waiting for also... I have a fun-fact for you: Colors of rarities: Grey (Trophy Road), Green (Rare), Blue (Very Rare), Purple (Epic), Red (Mythical), Yellow/Gold (Legendary) Colors of "equippment: Grey (Gear lvl1), Green (Gadget) Blue (Gear lvl2) Purple (Gear lvl3) Yellow/Gold (Starpower) so... Red equipment in the future maybe? Also: I don't count Chromatic, cuz it's more like: Type of brawler, than a rarity cuz Chromatic is: Legendary for (since release) 3 months, if u reached lvl30 pass, Mythical for next 3 months, and later became Epic, If Supercell would add another rarity e.g. Mystical (Pink) and it would be more rare than Epic, but less rare then Mythical I would count it
when the gears came out I knew that the only ones that would be worth it would be the ones with extra damage and the one with the extra shield and indeed as soon as they came out everyone is using those. but back to the main topic it's disgusting to have to spend like double the points to get to level 10 and double that for 11 just pointless. (It cost me 6 seasons farming for that, not to mention that I still need to get star powers and gadgets) they did the same thing in clash royale without any sense and therefore a more forced decision by supercell ++capitalism
Love how *most* of this would have been unintelligible if not for this doll doing a lot of research as someone who started playing, like, a week ago, and parts still were!
