नीट पर कल भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी। आज की सुनवाई के दौरान एक हैरान करने वाला वाक्या हुआ। एक याचिकाकर्ता जिसके 720 में से 711 नंबर आये थे, उसने एक सवाल को लेकर मुद्दा उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि उसके दो विकल्पों को जिसने भी चुना, उन सभी को पूरे नंबर दिए गए। जबकि किसी सवाल के दो विकल्प नहीं होने चाहिए, इसी कारण वो कंफ्यूज हो गये और प्रश्न को छोड़ दिया क्योंकि ग़लत होने पर नेगेटिव मार्किंग का डर था। अभी उनकी 311 रैंक है और अगर इसके 4 नंबर जोड़ लिये जाये तो उनकी रैंक और ऊपर चली जाएगी। कोर्ट ने इस सवाल के सही जवाब के लिए IIT Delhi की मदद लेने का निर्देश दिया कोर्ट ने कहा कि IIT Delhi के निदेशक तीन विशेषज्ञों की कमेटी बनाये, जो कल दोपहर 12 बजे तक अपनी राय कोर्ट के रजिस्ट्रार के पास भेजे। कोर्ट ने रजिस्ट्रार जनरल को निर्देश दिया है कि वो इस बारे में IIT Delhi के निदेश को जानकारी भेजे ताकि वो कमेटी बना सके पूरी खबर देखिए इस रिपोर्ट में...

जिस सवाल के दो जवाब हो, ऐसे सवाल को सभी को 4 मार्क्स देने चाहिए क्योकि जब कोई student negative marks के डर से वो सवाल छोड देता है तो उसकी कोई गलती नही होती, हा पर कोई student दोनो answer के बदले कोई और answer mark करे उस student ko negative mark dene hoge, पर कोई voh दोनो options मे से mark करे या voh question ही छोड दे unhe 4 marks मिलने चाहिए

we even have just pass class marks or lower than pass class in Reserve categories. does any court could justify how toppers are equal to just pass class. how private college seats are filled besides neet/pmt examination. so unless we have clear criteria for everything we can only pretend justices. important post and positions specially where others lives are affected has to be purely on quality effectiveness.
