I think the whole premise of the episode was that Walt and Jesse were just getting beaten down in their own lives. That rage inside of both of them started to bubble up and they didn’t know what each other were going through and then that rage exploded into them fighting each other. I’m not justifying what Walt did or saying that he had it harder than Jesse.

Walt was the one who wanted to sell to Tuco, therefore leading to Tuco kidnapping them, and then Jesse's money getting taken by Hank, and the DEA. Then Walt tells Jesse he wants to cook again when his family crawls out of his ass. So they were still partners, and had agreed everything would be 50/50. So what money Walt had, half was Jesse's.

Many people have put a gun on his face but he talks them out on shooting his ass.
That's why Emmy were send to his home on a plate 4 times. There were more though. Like Anthony Hopkins send him a personal letter and said " Bryan acting was all time best ever ". It's better than any Oscar and Emmy for me.

yeah theres in s4e9 it gets so bad that jesse continues to beat walt until he is almost unconscious and it really sets the tone of how dark the show is at that point, it wasnt funny anymore like it had been when walt was trying to flush a pound of meth down the toilet like a father flushing his kids stash, it was clear at that beatdown that jesse was starting to hate walt.
