How to Crochet Room Shoes 1-1

Described in the subtitles.
The bottom of the warm room shoes, will introduce a simple weave.
NamiFutoshi wool two up, Crochet, use 10 / No. 0 6.0mm.
To make eyes of chain stitch 15 th,Single crochet, Half double crochet, I was knitting in the pull-out knitting.
Bottom size of the room shoes is 24㎝.

26.5㎝の息子は末端冷え性なので編んであげたいのですが、どこの部分でどのように増やし目、中長網をしたらいいのかわかりません。
