    This is the best Breathwork video I have ever seen or used. You are providing a great service to humanity and to the world by making these - you're incredibly talented and your music is genuinely awe-inspiring. I'm going to start posting breathwork videos to my Twitter, using your music (with on-screen accreditation so people know exactly how to find you). I want to introduce as many people as I can to your music and your breathwork videos! I'm going to do whatever I can to direct more people here! Thank you for everything you do!

    • @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek
      @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek  2 года назад +1

      Hi Eleonore. Thank you for your kind words! This one was made for mouth breathing but you can try to do it through the nose if it feels comfortable. I always encourage everybody to be playful with breathwork in a safe setting.
      You can practice it everyday, like every other short/ medium- length breathwork technique, as long as you know your limits and gradually increase intensity of your practice and pay attention to natural, nasal breathing, through out the rest of your day.
      Think about this breathwork routine here as an exercise on your nervous and hormonal systems, as well as on your psyche. Connect with every emotion or sensation which is comming up and let it unfold.
      Wish you all the best with your explorations!

      It's a general rule of thumb for everybody, to start slowly because you can easily freak out when you go to deep and get overwhelmed with intense emotions, I know I was, during my first Wim Hof trials ;)
      Everybody reacts differently so maybe in yours and your boyfriends case was that the intensity here fits your personal capabilities.

    Hey man - just maybe one kind request - I almost shit my pants when an advertisement came on at the end of the video. I was floating in a nice chill space after the 15 minutes, but then the end-video ad ripped through the silence and almost gave me a heart attack, LOL. Maybe for future breathwork vids, just put a little quiet speaking part at the end of the video like "this is the end of the video, I hope you enjoyed", and then run the ad, just so I have time to take off my headphones, LOL

    I love the idea of it, but after the first section I struggled to continue. As with any (prolonged) nasal breathing, I get an uncomfortable, sharp, cold sensation in my nostrils - what would be an alternative?

    • @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek
      @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek  2 года назад +1

      Hi Laura. It's a really fast and advanced pace of breathing here. It's also common to feel uncomfortable when doing deep, fast pace breathing through your nose. I would suggest to go with deep mouth breathing if you feel comfortable and have some experience in deep mouth breathing techniques like Wim Hof and different "circular connected breathing" techniques.
      With a little bit of practice, you can learn to stay calm during these intense breathwork patterns and get more pleasure and benefits out of them.
      Here is a video, I've made some time ago. It should help in getting some perspective about fast pace, mouth breathing:

    • @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek
      @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek  2 года назад

      It's all about regularity. Same as physical exercises. Better to stick with one practice per day for longer period of time, rather than more but unregular.

    • @lillyhurst6373
      @lillyhurst6373 2 года назад

      Ok. Thanks. So 3 times a day is pointless?

    • @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek
      @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek  2 года назад +1

      I wouldn't say it's pointless. If you feel like you have time, you can commit to a regular practice 3 times a day and be mindfull how you feel within the time.
      Just please remember to always know your limits and gradually increase the intensity of your practice when you are breathing on your own.

      That's interesting, maybe you need to try more but i promise you Chris there is proven science behind this and works wonders for me, vivid out of body experiences 50% of the time, do you have any respiratory issues? When i do this exercise i lay down, make the room pitch black and psychologically convince myself I'm dying, i shift all my focus off my ego and onto the sensations, even if the physical feelings are painful i just feel them because without an ego we just perceive pain as sensation and you will soon after you keep practicing, feel the pain as just a calming sensation an so the pain is almost like an ego check.

    • @WiseBen
      @WiseBen 2 года назад

      make sure your filling your lungs to there full capacity and exhaling as much as you can within a second, and once the rounds over make sure you squeeze out every bit of oxygen in your lungs and yes you will make weird sounds if you do it properly because you really have to squeeze it out of your lungs, it will hurt but it's just an ego check for your astral travelling, almost like a boarding gate at an airport.

      As far as I am aware every type of conscious breathing changes the flow of energy. For me personaly, every practice based on deep circular connected breathing, then just adjusting intensity to your skill and level. But to go really deep, I would recommend to find a breathwork workshop (Rebirthing, Holotropic etc.) near you and get a help of skilled facilitator. It's a huge difference and you can go much further with healing possibilities when someone is holding space for you. Alll the best my friend!
