Full body exercise is the best way for beginners to get in shape. It develops all the muscles of your body, improves your cardio, and the testosterone increase from full-body workouts is bigger than using fewer body parts. I don't have a back-specific program but any good beginner program like Greyskull LP or the Alpha Destiny Novice Program will get you very good gains in the first few months to years of training
could u do a daredevil physique video? particulary the tv show version. The charlie cox physique for the role, i think is perfect fighter/aesthetic physique.
Prioritise squat more. Squat at least 2 days per week and focus on increasing adding weight each week in the same rep range. 5lbs or 2.5kg every week. For example: Week 1 - 60kg squat 3 sets of 6 reps Week 2 - 62.5kg squat 3 sets of 6 reps But keep progressing your bench press. Your squat will catch up and overtake it

It's definitely harder for tall guys to fill out their frame, but the size potential is obviously much greater. I'll see what I can do for you

Lu raises should be included for shoulder health, but I prefer lateral raises for hypertrophy. But both work very well
