    honestly i love going to the gym, i have been going every week for past 6 - 7 months. however due to stuff in life, i more often the not, miss one day of the week. so with a push pull legs split, that means missing my 2nd leg day. causing my legs to lack behind by a bit. mostly the quads because the hams and glutes get hit with the deadlift i do on back day. so ill switch to an upper lower program for a 4 day split.

    Yknow how you made a video "goated physique for short guys", could you do a video for goal physiques and how to achieve them for tall guys? I'm 6'5 and I feel like a lot of the more bulky looking phyqisues are unrealistic unless you eat like 5k cals, at 220 i look skinny ish

      It's definitely harder for tall guys to fill out their frame, but the size potential is obviously much greater. I'll see what I can do for you

      Yes they require you to brace your core which involves your abs and obliques to stabilise you and protect your organs and spine.

      Full body exercise is the best way for beginners to get in shape. It develops all the muscles of your body, improves your cardio, and the testosterone increase from full-body workouts is bigger than using fewer body parts.
      I don't have a back-specific program but any good beginner program like Greyskull LP or the Alpha Destiny Novice Program will get you very good gains in the first few months to years of training

    What to do if your bench press is higher or the same amount of wheight as your squat ?

      Prioritise squat more. Squat at least 2 days per week and focus on increasing adding weight each week in the same rep range. 5lbs or 2.5kg every week. For example:
      Week 1 - 60kg squat 3 sets of 6 reps
      Week 2 - 62.5kg squat 3 sets of 6 reps
      But keep progressing your bench press. Your squat will catch up and overtake it

    What do you think is better lateral raises or lu raises?

      Lu raises should be included for shoulder health, but I prefer lateral raises for hypertrophy. But both work very well
