Do you mean the cswap float CC? If so... all you have to do for the swap to be a cc is sprint before. I know you cant really see it on the video but that's thanks to precise timing. Basically you have to hold W then tap Shift to do the sprinting animation and immediately cancel it by pressing C. Hope its understandable. :)
