- This mix is for all my fans and in honor of reaching 100 Subscribers. I know that is very small right now, but who knows what that will be a year from now. I'm just happy to have an outlet to share my passion for electronic music with other music lovers. I started working on this mix about 3 months ago prior to creating this channel and Ive finally had the motivation to finish it. There is just something about the dark, gritty and atmospheric vibe that witch house gives off that has me so hooked on it right now. I think we all have a little bit of a dark side in us that we like to go to every once in awhile. Anyways I hope you all enjoy this mix. I will continue to make more as the channel progress involving similar styles of music. I am going to release a download link whenever this gets to 1,000 views. So like and share with as many people as you can. (If anyone seriously want a copy of this mix please don't bootleg it. Send me a private message and I will give you a link...)

Funny you should say that; I actually had a sample from silent hill I was going to use. That sample is actually from the movie VHS.
I discovered this genre of music about 15 minutes ago... My body rejected the first mix I found. Sounded like a bad acid trip. This sounds like rituals in wet soil. There is nothing more satisfying than tripping on something like this and it sounding exactly the way you wanted it to.

Certainly their has been more trap influence on the songs that have come out in the past year, but Witch house predates the current influx of EDM style trap.

AlternaTv Actually youre both wrong. Witch house in 2012 didnt sound like it does not for the most part. Also trap has actually had more influence on witch with the kicks snares and rolls enough to have its one category of "witch trap" Though you could call most of it dark trap depending on the atmosphere of said track and other elements.
