Finland is a relatively large country, larger than the UK or Italy, the winter conditons vary a lot from south to north. In south in Helsinki the first snow arrives in Dec typically, some winters are almost snow free.
Is it still allowed to park along pavement when there is no park sign? Is it legal?… I see some cars are just parked on the street along sidewalk. Makes the road narrower for two way traffic.

Even still there are some idiots deciding how to build. Finland doesn't really have any cities, just collections of sparsely strewn about surrounded by barren tundra.
