They made that Elite into nightmare fuel. That has to be a Spec Ops Elite or a Zealot based on what little of thr design that we were shown during the bouts of gunfire.
Really hard to tell because of the cinematography, but I think this Elite is wearing some Arbiter-esque armor. There were some closeups of, I think, this same Elite fighting Chief near the end of the trailer and it does look like it fits the bill.
