I get the debate of Jeremiah and Jerome about who's the Joker, but I'm kinda in the middle. I think that they are two halves of a Joker. Like, Jerome is the maniac and laughing and such side. And Jeremiah is the side that is serious and "sane." Hence them being twins ;)
