I think smaller carp are more difficult to hook on things like spinners etc I have found smaller hooks with simple rigs more effective. Flat bed method feeders for mud double carp are the best
100% - that was what made this trip most interesting, just how hard smaller carp be to catch, when you would expect the opposite! Underwater revealing the goods again 👌🏻

But we learnt that when Dan hooked the Box common on your rig all those yrs ago Elbow. A tactic I use to this day to avoid small carp. Great content ❤
