hmm, i guess i will have to consider one for my rack. i know in the studio at my university, there is a rack full of berhinger stuff, everyone makes fun of it. but at the end of the day, its the only stuff that actually works everytime you need it to.
it sounds weird i know, behringer is quite cheap brand, but i got to admit i've seen that digital eq rack many times in live situations expecially in the house pa racks
you had to see mark with THIS rig to really hear his best live tone. its still good, but this era was THE tone. nothing since this era has stacked up to how he sounded back then.
Overkill!? That was bareknuckle compared to most anyones rigs(anyone pushing a center anyways :).Most of that equip is whats needed just to push the volume.Maybe you dont understand that though. There was no razzle dazzle effects there. Tone only bud
Of course he deserves it. Just because Scott Stapp ruined Creed with his melodramatic bullshit doesn't mean Tremonti has to suffer abuse. He wrote and continues to write excellent emotional and passionate rock guitar songs. He can also really play guitar. Has studied plenty techniques enough to use em well. But he knows when the time is right and when it isnt. I love Vai and Malmsteen and Holdsworth etc. So i'm not some ignoramoose when it comes to good technique.
his tone (especially on the ab recordings) is so fantastic and huge.
Nice guy, one of the few willing to share his gear and settings.
What a rig! And unlike a lot of other guys, he didn't say, "It's really simple."
Thanks for posting this
@SilentCommitment
I think its a DEQ..its a 32 or 64 band that has some special phase relationships between bands that dont causes too much phase shift
@NvdVen Klon Centaur, but I think he uses a Michael Angelo Batio Signature overdrive now (He says he "stole" it from him lol)
I love how he uses combos

if he doesnt use mics, then those cabs are just to monitor his guitar sound on stage?
probably look at the markings on all of this things and reset them in 30 seconds.
Why does he hide the Bogner signatur on his Überschall?
what did he say was the name of that overdrive pedal??
@xtreme8012 Cos he doesnt endorse them id say. Its a legal thing
i wonder what he'll do to me if i just run on stage and mess up his settings!!
It's a Klon Centaur
Michael Myers theme?

@NvdVen Klon Centaur
Im left handed but learned right handed guitar. Pretty weird.
Thats the most complex setup ive ever seen.
nah! only john petrucci can control the sun temperature
La pedalera con su nombre jaja.
That won't even be a good enough swap for him.
I can't believe he has a Klon... I don't hear a Klon on any recordings... all i hear is the Triple Rec.... Maybe he will sell me his Klon...
bass to 10....mud....
behringer eq? really?
hmmmm
he hates chorus? there was chorus on practically every creed clean tone I ever heard lol
Dillon Smith that was reverb you heard
Your tone would get drowned if you used it in a band
my God Mark sucks...there must be something I am missing.
fuckin' SHIT!!...lol
what a weird fucking set up.
