vw are the worst i just sold my touareg for $1k with a bunch of electrical problems bad starter that cost $1800 to change cause motor has to come down... i will never buy a German car ever again

😡😭 How dare you do this to a beloved W211. No. No. No. 😭. Although when Mercedes tests it they put it on a test bed that rocks the suspension into oblivion. It's why after many years they always still drive so well.
SDav21 lol.. exactly, after all the tests even the last episodes that are coming up, after the suspension is torn off and destroyed, I will fix it and bring it back to good operating condition, that's going to be cool. Everyone on YT thinks that I'm just going to trash it and leave it that way, but no I think of the car is still running after all the abuse that is a serious statement made.
Warped Perception I'm so happy to hear the W211 will be restored. I have loved it since I was 12 years old when it came out back in 2002. It is what cemented my love for Mercedes. This very car. I never thought of it as an old mans car. I just thought at the time it was the best looking car in the world and I still think it looks great and modern after all these years. I've always preferred smooth, quiet luxury cars. I could never understand other cars that went all crazy sporty even at 12 years old and later on. I now search for one in pristine condition. I hope to find it one day. On another note, if you see the Mercedes video on their RUclips channel and search for development of the S Class, you'll see that suspension machine in action as well as the rutted potholed roads they take it on during development. ruclips.net/video/_LRuqrnXBM8/видео.html

That being said part 2 posts tomorrow on RUclips and I ended up doing like a 30-second intro showing the list of cars that we're going to the crusher as well as explaining the situation with this car briefly. A lot of people were upset because they thought I took a perfectly good car and destroyed it but they don't know what the future holds for this car this thing is headed to a museum as soon as we're done with the series. It's going to be used to teach Elementary and high school kids about how different components are built into the vehicle.
Driving Through BRAZIL streets *
True that...
Unlucky there was water in the pathole and because of water it wasnt possible to see how beautifully the tire takes part of the impact from edge
I know, in episode 2-5 it is bone dry, that part should be up on tues
Gatis Graustins look it in your car, would be amazing 👍🏻
It pains me cause in my opinion this is one of the nicest mercedes ever made. Cool video lol
This is great to watch knowing I have a pristine W211 E500.. I would never put mine through this but for some reason it’s intriguing to know it could do it haha
Nice content, you got me subscribed:)
"hit" the road indeed!
machine should be RESPECTED as they serve us..don't abuse machine..
@Al Nirvana&Benzfan Thinking about getting one, same year too! How's yours holding up? I heard reliability isn't a strong suit, but dunno how much I can trust the words of people who abuse theirs
I really enjoyed this video and look forward to the next one in the series. You just earned a sub, nice work
+Marcus Kong thanks ... Episode 2 just posted yesterday check it out. ruclips.net/video/3vElCOug8Fw/видео.html thanks for watching and thanks for the feedback
the girl's face on the first see through reveal was perfect xD !! Pure enjoyment there lol
5:36 did you put the gear lever into Park before stopping? That sounded terrible
Antonio Gabriel yeah it was accidental.
When you want to go off-roading but don’t own a Jeep or live near a mountain:
my friends have E500 airmatic and 320CDI...and Mercedes is very good!!!
Most badass picture ever at 10:48 !! 😎
This was a great video!!! The whole creative and thought provoking process behind the idea. Keep up the great work.
its not a g-klasse you have the wrong class for your test
Stage 3 weight reduction
LMAO, that should totally be an option in Forza or Gran Turismo...lol.
How can you NOT film the girls Shock absorbers!
Would make a noice Mercedes commercial
Thank you for posting
I don't get it, why so many dislikes?
Did you replace the shocks and springs with OEM parts? The car looks so bouncy.
This was interesting, thanks.
Michael Jung because alot off people are upset because they think I took a perfectly good car and tore it up, that wasn't the case at all, take a look at me pinned comment if you have a chance. Thanks for the support and thanks for watching !
I was thinking the same. You say that all shocks were shot, but it seemed that you only replaced the broken springs. It is not a very good demonstration of how suspension works if you use broken parts.
If you did this in a Lada, no damage would be noticeable.
It would break the potholes.
took the most reliable car, you take an American car and see how the suspension breaks
I liked how you slammed it in park when rolling haha.
Really nice takes, well done overall
All that money spent from the original owner and they didn't even get 100k out of it. WTF.
vw gti 2.0t lover same thing I thought
Warped Perception yeah that's sad to see. Them German cars get a lot more miles out of the that.
vw are the worst i just sold my touareg for $1k with a bunch of electrical problems bad starter that cost $1800 to change cause motor has to come down... i will never buy a German car ever again
@@ZURITROY13 Even VW nuts know you dont buy a touareg. At least not one of the original ones. I have a 2013 GTI that i bought new and at 110,000 miles im still on my original brakes and have only changed the tires once. Its a fantastic car and the best i've ever owned.
@@briandavis55 if you've never had to change the brakes & only had to change the tyres once then you're not driving it right.
only thing i kept thinking was all the rocks he was kicking up into those other cars
+Aaron Podeszwa no sir
6:48 What Mercedes would look like in a post-apocalyptic world.
This video was awesome, great job!
Amazing content, you deserve a subscribe and likes, keep it up!
+Linford Nazareth thank you !!!

+SDav21 agreed, I actually have a 2006 E55, this car in particular was destined for the crusher, due to the legal reasons surrounding this car it cannot be parted out, it also cannot be resold or salvaged. That's why I use it for this video, I should have probably mention that in the episode but it was a really hectic shoot, I'm pretty sure that's where a lot of the this likes are coming from. I'm going to check out that video now that sounds awesome. Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching
8:05 and thanks me later
Sucks that such a nice car had to go out like that with just a little more coulda been a good car
+Julian Rada it didnt go out, we are on episode 4. Don't be a hater , This car was destined for the crusher and due to legal reasons could not be parted out and cannot be retitled. Just in case you think this is a perfectly good car and could have been given away or sold that was not the case.
Warped Perception I read your comment about it having a bad title going for the crusher before I ever even made my post but it was a nice car and it does suck it had to go out like it is but I totally support what you are doing no hate from me
+Julian Rada I so regret not including the status of this vehicle in this episode, I never knew there was so much hate out there in the world, it's a 15 year old car, you talking like it's a brand new car off of the showroom. This car was on its way to the crusher. Geez man show some love
Warped Perception I am stunned to see so much criticizm of your treatment of the car. That is a rust bucket mercedes, old and past it's prime.
Warped Perception that car appeared to be really clean for its age yeah it needed some work I'm not hating I'm just a car guy so my heart goes out for them but I loved watching the video and seeing how it reacted to the abuse y'all need to chill out there is no hate from me
Great video... Congratulations
That's some crazy shit. Voted & Sub'd.
